Furniture ships flatpack and requires self-assembly. Furniture is delivered assembled in Johannesburg and its environs as well as Pretoria.

Orders are delivered door to door within 2 – 3 days in Gauteng and 3 – 5 days for the rest of the country from the time we receive payment excluding weekends & Public Holidays when in stock. If your preferred item is not in stock, we quote accordingly.

Delivery Fee

• All orders are delivered free of charge. This is a value added service on our part.
• Regional areas (outlying areas that are outside of main centres) attract a surcharge of R180.00 – R250.00.
  • Main Centres are (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth etc)

Enzi Chair does not guarantee delivery dates or times as the cause may be out of our hands due to incorrect delivery address, delivery vehicle failure, excess rain (flooding), strikes etc.

Please be aware that there are some minor delays in our courier networks at present, due to social distancing requirements. Allow 1 – 2 additional days for your order to arrive during this time, on top of the estimated delivery times above.

Inspection on Delivery

Please note that all deliveries need to be inspected upon arrival and any shortcomings or damages need to be reported within 48 hours. Any other issues with your Goods (including workmanship flaws) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
